For this project, my partner Tori Loepp and I decided to talk about the computers in The Catalyst. The first step in the project was to decide what to talk about in The Catalyst. There were so many good options to choose from but we thought it was important to talk about the computers since they are so helpful and useful in the classroom and in college. Second step was to explore the computer and know it so we knew what needed to be talked about. We picked the main qualities of the computer and how it would be helpful for the students to know. Third, we planned out what we would say and the order of the video so when we recorded we would know the order. Fourth, we went to the Catalyst and recorded. A challenge we found was not wanting to disturb others in The Catalyst while were recording. Fifth, we went and edited our video on iMove. We edited volume, transitions, trimming videos with mistakes, and adding words. Finally we added music and made sure the entire piece made sense and was able to be understood.
